Registration Process

  Check your e-mail
  for registration
  confirmation.

Registration Fees

• Students and Residents are requested to submit a certificate of enrollment or certificate of employment upon registration. The certificate must have been issued within three months of the registration date.

Registration Includes:

• 1. Admission to all scientific sessions
  2. Access to exhibition area
  3. Welcome reception
  4. Certificate of attendance
  5. Program book
  6. 2-time lunches
  7. Option to purchase tickets for Gala Dinner

Payment Methods

• Credit Card

  1. Registration fees may be paid by credit card, only through the secure online registration system at www.vs2027.org.
     * Only VISA, MasterCard and JCB are accepted.
  2. Registration confirmation will be sent to you via email right after the completion of online registration.

• Bank Transfer

  1. A copy of the bank transfer statement with the participant’s name, address and payment details on it, should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail at reg@vs2027.org.
  2. Your registration is only complete with the full payment of registration fees. Upon receipt of your full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within three weeks.
  3. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  4. Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 1. All dates and times are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT +9).
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to reg@vs2027.org no later than February 28, 2027.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 2 months after the conclusion of VS 2027 Seoul.
  4. No refund will be issued for no-shows without prior written notice.
  5. All bank charges related to the refund are the responsibility of the registrant.
